Support plans for home and business users
- Visiting Charges from $70 to $200 or may vary according to location or distance.
- $150 per hour (residential) + $49 same day service fee add an extra $50 for business customers
- We will be 15 minute blocks, with a minimum of one hour fee.
- In case of same-day service, We charge an extra fee that’s called premium services
- We charge per hourly fee that may vary from $149 to $300no lengthy contract.
- In the case of a weekend or after business hours, there will be extra charges of $50-$200.
- For Any hardware or software requirement customer has to pay extra charges.
- Taxes will be added on top of all the labor charges
No callout fee to locations within 10km of Service Location, otherwise an additional callout fee of $70 applies. Our "No fix, no pay" guarantee applies to all work performed for our clients.
